Ltd. and marketed by InfoWave Knowledgeware LLC (hereafter "InfoWave", "us", "our", "we"), for users of the Site. 1. InfoWave's Commitment to Privacy

InfoWave uses an outside third party credit card processing company to bill you for your purchases, which may in some instances include the storage of your personal information by the third party, such as your credit card number.

We also collect information received from third parties to the extent that they have entered into an agreement with you as a result of your relationship with InfoWave. Additionally, InfoWave may track copyright infringement claims through its Accounts Management system. Information related to copyright infringement claims may be stored by InfoWave.

The Personal Information we collect is used to process your requests or transactions, to provide you high quality service, to customize your use of the Site or Services according to your preferences, and to tell you about specific goods or services we believe will be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us, we make it easy for you to let us know. 5. Sharing of Personal Information

InfoWave does not sell, rent, share, or disclose Personal Information to third parties without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this statement.

6. Videos

Completed Videos and edits of video produced by the Site, its production staff and the Services will be made available to you via an internet link, including without limitation by email. You should not reveal this link or send this email to third parties. If you reveal this link or send this email to third parties, such third parties will have full access to such completed and edited videos as well as any confidential or personal information on such video. As such, you should have no expectation of confidentiality in videos or other material if you have revealed the applicable link to third parties.

If you use any of the features of the Site or Services, please remember that any information disclosed in these venues may be automatically made public, even without your knowledge or authorization. You should exercise caution when disclosing any information, including Personal Information, in such venues, as you do not know who will access or use such information and for what purposes. Your Registration Information is protected by a unique customer password and user ID, and your password is encrypted. You should not disclose your password information to anyone and you should always remember to log off if using a shared computer. We also use secure socket layer technology (SSL) for specific types of information, such as your login and payment information. We may retain your personal information for as long as is required to fulfill our business objective and for as long as is required by legal requirements. You may not want to use an email account operated by an employer because many employers have the legal right to access such email accounts.

If applicable, you may opt out of receiving our newsletters. By opting out, you will no longer receive certain special offers or promotions. We may continue to send you any legally required notifications and certain notifications, including but not limited to service related notices or notices regarding a change to any of SHOWcialize.me's policies ("Required Notices"). For example, we may send you a notice regarding server problems or scheduled website maintenance. In order to opt-out of receiving Required Notices, you may need to deactivate your account.

InfoWave appreciates the importance of safeguarding the privacy of your personal information that may be provided to us. However, InfoWave does use and disclose de-identified anonymous or aggregate information for the purposes of evaluating and improving our services and fine-tuning our products. InfoWave may choose at its sole discretion to transfer, sell, provide or share such information with third parties, including for to InfoWave's business partners for commercial purposes, and by providing any information to InfoWave you consent to such provision of de-identified aggregate information to any third party.

When you visit our site, you may search and review certain information without disclosing your identity. We may use cookies to manage a visitor's session and to enable registered users to utilize the "remember me" function. Cookies may be used irrespective of whether you register with us or not. Cookies are small text files transferred by a web server to your hard drive and thereafter stored on your computer.
